This 3 cabin Lagoon is a Rare & hard to find CAT with a US 110v electric system. Most Lagoon CATS are 4 cabin Boats with the EU 230v 50hz electrical system.   Owner had an authorized Lagoon Service company reinforce the MAST head bulkhead. 

Owner will pay a commission to a buyer's agent.

Owners appreciate boat's confident handling, making docking and maneuvering straightforward. The spacious 3 cabin and 3 head layout which offers overnight comfort for extended stays. Its generous fuel and water-maker capacities provide longer trip capability.  The flybridge design enhances the sailing experience, offering excellent visibility and a comfortable enclosed helm station.  The Lagoon 450 is praised for its reliable performance and strong power, with twin Yanmar 4JH57 SD engines delivering a total of 114 horsepower.  

This boat is equipped to stay on the hook for a long time.  Owner equipped the boat to be very independent of marinas, the generator burns about 4 gal/night with a full load running the AC units, watermaker 25 gph, icemaker20 lbs/day & charging the batteries.  The Owner also set up this boat for fishing and SCUBA diving.  The owner installed numerous rod holders, a livewell,  a SCUBA (6) tank rack, & ALKIN dive compressor.  The owner even install an "up-rigger" halyard on both sides of the boat.  The halyard has a fishing line release clip that can be raise the fish line about 20+ feet above the water line.  When a fish strike the bait the line is released and you will notice the strike.  Then the fishing line becomes taut thete more tension on the hook, so the hook is set better.  Click to see illustration.

As the seller, I will do all the marketing of this listing & I will generally make the boat available.  The seller will be responsible for ensuring the vessel is accessible, operation, and is prepared for the sea trial. The Seller will negotiate and pay a commission to a buyer's agent.

The buyer will pay for the marine survey, haul-out fees, and engine inspections. The buyer incurs these costs for due diligence.
